A new website for the Waterways Trust has been developed by Precedent with the aim of communicating with its varied audience online.

In developing the site, the organisation ran workshops and interview with representative of its key audience groups, asking what they thought of the existing site and how it could be improved. This highlighted the navigation difficulties and lack of quality engagement online, which led to the development of a site which was designed to be more intuitive and better signpost it content.

First hand account of volunteering for the Trust, a styled newsletter and links to the charity’s YouTube channel and Facebook page have also been included.
