Marketing agency RAPP Edinburgh has poached OgilvyOne London business partner Andrew Riddle to be its new client services director.

Riddle, who was also on OgilvyOne's board, will oversee all of the Edinburgh marketing agency's accounts with a focus on the Co-operative Group.

At OgilvyOne Riddle looked after the BT Business and Zurich Connect Insurance accounts. He also worked on Cisco UK, Nestle Friskies and Bank of Scotland.

He spent a two-year stint at OgilvyOne's New York office where he worked on the IBM One Voice team. Before moving agency side he worked at mail order company Brooks and Bentley.

Rebecca Heaney, managing director of RAPP Edinburgh, said: "Andrew's experience will be invaluable as we strive to offer our clients ‘best in class’ client service levels and look to further grow our business.”

RAPP Edinburgh, part of the global RAPP network, works with clients including the Co-operative Group, Standard Life, Hewlett-Packard and the Scottish Government.

So you've not been offering them this up till now then?

And pray tell me, what does 'Best in Class' client service levels mean???
