Bristol-based digital agency, Yucca, is working with Welsh extreme sports clothing brand, howies to help develop the company’s digital marketing.

Cardigan-based howies, has had an ecommerce function for a number of years and has enlisted Yucca’s paid search, search engine optimisation and affiliate marketing services, to help drive its online sales.

“Howies is keen to increase the volume of sales that it makes online by improving its digital networks,” explained Yucca creative technology director, Richie Jones.

“The company’s target market is highly engaged in digital technologies; they’ve identified this and seen it as an opportunity to boost sales.”

The brand has a strong social media presence and Yucca has been providing advice on how the company can use it to their advantage, as well as recommendations on how it can improve its natural search performance.

HowiesThe company produces ethically-produced sportswear and has a strong association with outdoor and extreme sports. Jones points to his own enthusiasm for the brand as one of the perks of working on this project.
