Nominate up to three freelancers that you feel merit inclusion on this list.
The shortlist will then be compiled into a comprehensive online and print publication that will act as a guide to clients and agencies alike looking to hire the right talent to work on pitches, projects and accounts, to fill a skills gap or to add clout to a team.
But be quick, we have already received hundreds of recommendations and the survey will only be live until the end of today. So, if you have worked with a talented freelancer that you think should be recommended, nominate them now.

I hate to be negative, but are you talking about genuine freelancers with skills and talent or mates of the people who hire the so called deluded freelancers out there who have been made redundant but can operate a Mac very quickly.
