Birmingham digital agency Ricemedia has developed a new iPhone game, Teeter.
Ricemedia has an ongoing commitment to game development, according MD Paul Rice, having achieved 2,000 downloads on the first day for its first iPhone game Blobstacle as well as a four star rating in the App Store.
He said: “We like to create unique games that stimulate the user and make them think. Teeter is simple yet addictive and will have you hooked for hours. It's a game that's easy to pick up and start playing but challenging enough that you won’t get bored within the first twenty minutes.”
The new game uses the iPhone's built in accelerometer and sees players manoeuvre their characters along a precariously balanced beam whilst avoiding increasingly more difficult obstacles and hazards trying to knock them off. The longer a player can stay on, the higher their score and users can post their scores to global leader boards via the Apple Game Centre and to Facebook and Twitter.
