Film subscription service LOVEFiLM has appointed search marketing agency Stickyeyes to develop and implement its UK search strategy.

The Leeds online marketing services agency initially worked with LOVEFiLM on a three-month-trial and was appointed following a competitive pitch.

It will now look to implement its proprietary dataset to increase awareness about the online content that LoveFilm hosts online, including reviews, news and exclusive movie clips and interviews.

Craig Chalmers, managing director at Stickyeyes said: “After a really successful trial we’re ready to get stuck into expanding our innovative approach to LOVEFiLM's campaign. Leveraging both social and natural search strategies, the team are excited about taking these creative approaches to the next level to enhance revenue streams for LOVEFiLM.”
