North West creative production house Mills Media claims it is investing £40,000 into its business TV department.
The Birkenhead-based firm says it is expanding its two in-house editing suites and has invested in a new tapeless HD camera and AVID editing software.
Barrie Farrell, head of production, said: "The expansion of technology in the department means that we can offer a greater package of production in terms of picture quality and turnaround. We have also reduced our carbon footprint as all the content is digital, meaning no need for tapes."
Part of the funding came from Invest Wirral's Big Grant scheme while Natwest and Fineline Media Finance helped balance the funding.
