Waitrose is running a direct mail campaign promoting its food and drink range for Easter.

The campaign, created by Kitcatt Nohr Digitas, is themed around celebration and suggests ways Waitrose shoppers can enjoy the Easter, Royal Wedding and May Bank Holidays.

One of its suggestions is to raise a toast to Will and Kate with a glass of Dvual-Leroy Premier Cru Champagne.

Neil Stead, direct marketing manager at Waitrose, said: "Easter might have been a long time coming, but when it does finally arrive, the combination of Bank Holidays and the Royal Wedding offers a unique opportunity for our customers to celebrate."

The mailer contains money-off vouchers to tempt recipients in-store.
