Carcraft has launched a new iPhone app allowing users to search for a used motor from their handsets.

The app, created by the car supermarket's in-house team, comes with a feature called 'Love this Car'. Users enter the vehicle registration number and the app matches it to similar cars on sale.

Julia Dallimore, head of marketing at Carcraft, said: "We’re really happy with the end result particularly with the new Love this Car  feature which allows users to input the registration number of a car they’ve seen and like and we will scour our showrooms for similar makes and models from thousands of cars."
