The directors behind Liverpool digital agency It's About Websites have agreed to take a 50% stake in online publication Your Business eZine.

IAW's Paul Court and Gavin Sherratt (pictured) have bought into holding company YBEz Limited after working on the business website's relaunch into the Liverpool city region and beyond.

The site's new format will mix user-generated content with guest feature articles on a range of industry issues.

Sherratt said: "Our aim is to give businesses a platform to talk about themselves and to share their expert knowledge to a wider audience. We want Your Business eZine to be a helpful resource for different levels business from start ups to larger corporations.

"This is an exciting project for us which will see us involved and interacting with lots of new businesses with in the region.”

The new-look Your Business eZine is due to relaunch later this month at yourbusinessezine.com.
