Nuffield Health has appointed a new group marketing director and a new group director of communications as it bid to raise its profile in the future.

David Grint, who joined from Bupa after four years as commercial director of the company’s international division, will take on overall responsibility for all marketing and brand development as the company seeks to develop its reputation as a ‘joined-up’ healthcare provider.

Heather Rogers has taken the role of group director of communications and government affairs, joining from Wyeth Pharmaceuticals where she was UK corporate affairs director.

Both will also join the Nuffield Health Executive Board and report to chief executive David Mobbs.
