Creative network, Bristol Media, has appointed Fiona Marsh as its new board member for broadcast and television.

Marsh, who has also recently been appointed as Head of Production at Bristol-based Tigress Productions, will be introduced to Bristol Media members at this month’s Media Tuesday networking event on the 28th of June.

Marsh began her TV industry career with BBC Bristol’s Natural History for ten years before going freelance.

As well as wide-ranging experience in TV Production, Fiona has a keen interest in post production as well as Stereoscopic 3D.  She has also moved into Design and Animation, has produced commercials, worked as a Digital Effects producer and project managed 3D CGI at BBC and worked in CGI at Aardman Animations. Most recently she was Head of Production at a digital effects company working on a feature film.

Bristol Media is currently in the process of recruiting for its new CEO following the departure of Mike Bennett last year.
