The National Union of Students has appointed One Marketing Communications to design and produce its membership magazine Spotlight.

The Manchester agency will work with the NUS's communications and marketing teams to revamp the design, masthead, editorial structure and overall format of the magazine, which is sent to senior professional staff and elected officers in students' unions across the UK.

One was handed the brief following a pitch. Its business development director, Wayne Silver, said: "NUS is a prestigious name to add to our client portfolio and we are looking forward to seeing the first new issue of Spotlight roll off the printing presses."
