Leeds agency AWA goes out of business

AWA goes into liquidationAWA goes into liquidation

Leeds-based digital agency AWA has gone into voluntary liquidation, with 18 staff losing their jobs.

Alasdair Wightman, who founded the firm in 2004, told The Business Desk that difficult economic conditions were to blame.

The agency worked with clients including Asda, Pets at Home and Morphy Richards. Begbies Traynor has been appointed as liquidator.
