Scottish Rugby appoints former regional CEO Of GMG Media as chief executive
Scottish Rugby appoints DodsonScottish Rugby has appointed Mark Dodson, former GMG regional media group CEO, as its new chief executive.
Dodson was previously chief executive officer of Guardian Media Group Regional Media.
He takes over from Gordon McKie, who resigned in June after six years in the job.
Dodson takes up his new post on September 19.
"With playing numbers growing in recent years, with the national team currently ranked seventh in the world and preparing to compete in the Rugby World Cup, I am fortunate to be joining at such an exciting time," Dobson commented.
