Archibald Ingall Stretton has appointed Richard Coggin from Momentum Worldwide as its new creative director.

Coggin was a creative director at Momentum Worldwide and had previously led the Greenroom Digital creative team which Momentum acquired in 2008. He has also been a creative director at digital agency Brand Union.

In almost 20 years in the industry he has created campaigns for Nestle, Sony Playstation and The National Lottery and won awards including gold at Cannes, Epica and Eurobest.

Along with Coggin's arrival, the Archibald Ingall Stretton has promoted senior art director Mark Urey to the role of deputy creative director.

Coggin, who will report into Geoff Gower, said: "The agency has some very talented people working for exceptional brands and I hope to be able to further develop these clients as well as introducing new ones.”
