Yorkshire branding agency Robot-food has turned its hand to retail design to create a new look for Shade Station's flagship store in the Victoria Quarter in Leeds.
The Harrogate-based agency was appointed by the sunglasses retailer in May. It has been responsible for the design of every detail, including cabinets stud walling, lighting, point of sale and even a grand director's desk.
The agency also suggested staff carry iPads so that customers can see products that they have been viewing online.
Simon Forster, creative director at Robot-food, said: "We were really excited when Shade Station approached us, although a little apprehensive as retail design to this extent was totally new to us.
"I’ve always seen design as a versatile skill. If you can picture the end vision, it’s just a case of navigating the obstacles. We’re delighted with how the outcome matches our initial concept."
