Digital isn’t traditionally known as a female-friendly industry. Perhaps it’s the stereotypical view of digital as a stomping ground for the socially-awkward male; an industry of, dare-we-say-it, geeks. Perhaps, in an equally stereotyped view, women are considered, or consider themselves, too sociable for digital.

Here we showcase 30 women in digital under the age of 30. Whether new-starts or already established at a young age, we meet some of the top young talent to have chosen digital as their career.
