Former CIPR Scotland chair Debbie Byers has left 3x1 public relations to launch her own consultancy.

Beeline PR sees Byers set up on her own with 15 years experience, having previously held the role of associate director at 3x1 and built experience in food and drink, financial services, professional services, travel and leisure and commercial property fields.

Byers said: “Having spent my whole career in busy consultancy environments, I appreciate that there is often a time when an additional senior resource is required. By providing a white-label offering, my fellow PR practitioners from across the UK can use my skills and contacts to help drive busy projects or secure new business.

“Beeline PR also has its own client base undertaking strategic campaigns on a project and retainer basis. Clients will benefit from a senior service and hands-on commitment at all times.”

She also works with charity Inspiring Scotland in mentoring its communications division to raise campaign awareness.
