Heather Healy, former head of social media for Brilliant, has rejoined Stickyeyes in a similar role, while Phil McGuin, former head of online marketing at Kaplan Open Learning has also joined the agency has head of insight.
Healy previously worked at Stickyeyes as content and social media manager until September 2010 when she left to join Brilliant earlier this year. As head of social media at Stickyeyes, she has been tasked with the integration of the agency’s social and search offering.
Meanwhile, McGuin will be responsible for providing clients with the latest trends and market intelligence to allow them to develop and undertake online marketing strategies.
Healy, who was recently named one of the 30 women under 30 in digital by The Drum said: “Stickyeyes is truly at the cutting edge of digital. The team is always thinking of what’s happening next, rather than chasing what has happened and clinging onto old methodology. I don’t need to bang the drum any more on the value that social search will have. The implications of a search engine that understands what you want based on a volume of information you’ve provided or that it has accumulated are huge; and it’s my job to figure out how we make the best of that step change for our clients.”
McGuin added: “Stickyeyes has a goldmine of data which provides me with almost limitless intelligence and opportunity. Using this data alongside a number of quantitative and qualitative modelling tools will ensure Stickyeyes is producing data-driven solutions which deliver the best value for our clients. Importantly it will also allow me to act as an internal auditor of our own performance and provide ongoing account reviews for our clients.
