The website for Children’s Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS) has been redeveloped by tictoc.

The agency has formed an ongoing partnership with the charity to share knowledge of new online developments to allow it to provide up-to-date information to CHAS stakeholders.

The new website was designed to improve the high bounce rate on the predecessor’s homepage and grow donations.

One of the priorities was to increase overall user experience in order to better engage with visitors and encourage return visitors while improving the visibility of donations. The new CMS has also been introduced to make updating the site an easier process for staff.

Meanwhile, tictoc has also appointed Matt M’Boge to lead it London development team. M’Boge was previously business development manager for BD Network.
