Party time at Cream MidlandsThe Cream Midlands awards took place in Birmingham last night with Big Communications taking home the Grand Prix.
Leicester agency Big was awarded the Grand Prix for its work with drivemycarhome.co.uk, while the Chairman's Award went to McCann Birmingham for Avis.
