Liverpool digital agencies It's About Websites and Telanorth have merged to form a new company named Studio Mashbo.

Based out of It's About Websites' offices in central Liverpool, Mashbo will create websites and digital applications for charities, social enterprises and other third sector organisations.

The move sees It's About Websites founders Paul Court and Gavin Sherratt reunited with former Rippleffect colleagues Liam Potter and Steve Todd, who left to form Telanorth in 2008.

"The nice part of this move brings back together some of the key people that we have worked with during our time working for Rippleffect before forming IAW back in November 2007," Sherratt said.

He told The Drum the partnership made sense because the two agencies were already working together and had even found themselves pitching against each other for some contracts.
