Steve Taylor, who has previously held senior roles at Aegis, Carat and Wolff Olins, has joined creative studio The Neighbourhood as part-time CEO.

Taylor already knows the Manchester studio well having acted as a mentor to its team for over two years as part of a NESTA scheme.

He has formerly been a director of development and innovation at Aegis Media, head of ideas at Carat and senior brand strategist at Wolff Olins.

Ben Davies, managing director at The Neighbourhood, said: "I first met Steve through my participation on a NESTA Creative Business mentoring scheme two years ago. As a result Steve already has a deep insight into our business and our culture, and we are hugely excited about all working together in a strategic capacity."
