Fashion and lifestyle agency Think has appointed Laura McLetchie, former global director of talent and entertainment communications at Tommy Hilfiger, to the role of associate director.

McLetchie, who will head up Think’s London office on Carnaby Street, said: “Think is an extremely ambitious agency and its successful expansion from Liverpool to London has shown that the market is buoyant and growth is possible.

“I’m really looking forward to being part of the team and taking a role in growing Think within the UK and beyond.”

She will work with agency director Phil Nixon and PR director Jemma Volp-Fletcher on the agency’s UK and international growth.

Nixon said: “Laura will be a great asset to our team, her experience is second-to-none. We have a strategic growth plan in place and she will play a key role within it, we’re looking forward to a great 2012!”
