ASK Italian enlists gpstudio to rebrand restaurants

How the rebranded restaurants will lookHow the rebranded restaurants will look

ASK Italian has appointed retail design agency gpstudio to rebrand its restaurants across the UK.

The brief comes as ASK Italian opens its latest restaurant, in Glasgow, this week.

Gpstudio's team have spent time touring the cafes and restaurants of Milan to find inspiration for the creative concept.

Gregor Jackson, managing director and partner at gpstudio, said: “We have drawn cues from our time in Milan to shape every detail of the customer experience, but it was also incredibly important to us to use the Scottish cultural inspirations and incorporate them into the new design. The challenge was to create a true fusion between Italian and local design themes, giving the restaurant a unique identity that remains recognisable as an ASK Italian.”
