Liverpool agency Uniform has made two senior appointments as it sets itself ambitious growth targets this year.

Andy Chambers, founder of digital design agency Digit, has joined the board as chairman.

Chambers, who has already been working with Uniform in an advisory capacity, will now aim to raise Uniform's profile and further develop its London client base.

He has previously worked with a range of leading brands including Adidas, M&S, Bacardi and Nokia.

Former DDB new business director Vix Uren has joined the senior management team and will head up client services.

Uren, who has also worked at WCRS and Publicis, will be responsible for all account management activity and will seek to develop stronger strategic relationships with key clients.

She has previously worked with clients including Orange, Coca-Cola and Heinz.

“We have big plans to grow the business and these appointments reflect that ambition," said Nick Howe, Uniform’s managing director. "Andy and Vix are a key part of our strategy for success with both new and existing clients."

Uniform's clients include Carlsberg, Unilever and Westfield.
