Chime Communications has agreed to allow its chairman, Lord Tim Bell, deputy chairman Piers Pottinger and other members of its senior management team to proceed in acquiring some of the company’s PR business.

Following speculation, the company’s board has announced that it has agreed to allow the interested parties to proceed in acquiring some of the business within its PR division, although no proposal has yet been made.

Many of the PR businesses within the group fall under the global Bell Pottinger brand, although it also holds PR companies such as Good Relations and Search Relations.
