Ex-Xbox marketing manager moves to Apple
Ex-Xbox marketing manager moves to AppleRobin Burrowes, formerly marketing manager at Xbox UK and head of product marketing at Microsoft for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, has been appointed by Apple's European office to head up App Store marketing.
The hire is a further sign of Apple's desire to strengthen its team with PR professionals with gaming experience, having already brought in former Nintendo UK PR boss Robert Saunders as well as Nick Grange who has worked with Electronic Arts, Activision, and Xbox.
