Golden Union chip shop creates spoof David Beckham ad

To celebrate the fact that this is National Chip Week, a London chip shop has created a spoof version of the David Beckham H&M ad.

The Golden Union ad features the strapline ‘Forget London Fashion Week, it’s National Chip Week’.

Billy Drew, owner of the Soho based Golden Union Fish Bar, said: "We've been looking forward to National Chip Week all year and wanted 2012 to be one that everyone remembered.

“It's going to be a big year for Britain, with both the Jubilee and the Olympics, so we felt as though this week shouldn't be overlooked as an opportunity to celebrate a classic British favourite, fish and chips."

The original H&M ad is below.
