Pint glass QR code only visible when glass is full of Guinness unveiled with BBDO

Guinness has unveiled a pint glass featuring a QR code – which is only available when the glass is full of the dark beer.

Developed by BBDO in New York, the QR code launches exclusive content, checks you into Foursquare, updates your Facebook status, downloads coupons and promotions and invites your friends to join you.

The code was designed so when a glass is empty, or filled with a pale amber beer, it cannot be seen.
