Wow John, that's a really helpful comment isn't it? We could imagine a million different post-indy structures but not one of them might be what the politicians have planned at the moment so there's little point in going 'what about...'. Iain's column asks the right questions and if the SNP have no idea what the answers are then there's no harm in crowd sourcing for help but at the moment there's little point in going "Ohhh I wish for" which seems to be so much of the SNP plan (and I say that as someone who wants an independent Scotland).
