One thing we are finding more and more is that people don't plan the logistics side of an online business. Yes get a great website, put together a media plan, let the public know you are there, but if you don't plan the way you are going to handle delivery you will fail.
There is an expectation that online is instant, delivery is next day and goods will arrive when they say they will.
The bottom line is businesses have to get their distribution of single items in place first, companies like Primark are used to sending large consignments to their stores, not one t-shirt to your house, which may explain why they haven't gone online yet.
It's about time too! Customer Journey is the one thing missing from an otherwise great analytics package.
I didn't think it was that bad, certainly not just an afternoon's work. Some of the product images are over compressed but I don't think it takes away from what they are trying to achieve.
